  • South India: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–10 business days

Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Changes

  • Address modifications can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Hive One cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, natural events, or regional restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the package and product.
  • Our team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
